This sets up a classic "David vs. Goliath" battle. Sheldon, armed with a binder full of evidence and a complete lack of social awareness, decides to appeal his grade all the way to the department head. The "Yoo-hoo from the back" in the title comes from a brilliant scene where Sheldon, sitting in the back of a large lecture hall, shouts "Yoo-hoo!" to get the professor’s attention before laying out his mathematical proof that the TA was wrong. young sheldon s02e14 mpc

If there’s one thing Young Sheldon does well, it’s blending academic absurdity with genuine family heart. Episode 14 of Season 2, “David, Goliath, and a Yoo-hoo from the Back,” is a perfect example. This episode pits Sheldon against his most formidable opponent yet (a university bureaucracy) while simultaneously pulling the rug out from under the Cooper family with a quiet, life-altering announcement. The episode opens with Sheldon enrolled in a difficult freshman physics class at East Texas Tech. Despite his brilliance, he’s being graded unfairly—or so he claims. When he receives a C on a paper (a crime against nature in Sheldon’s eyes), he discovers the TA grading his work has a personal grudge. What did you think of Mary’s announcement
