User | Unblock Youtube

Look for the tab that says Blocked users (sometimes labeled "Hidden users").

You will see your list of blocked accounts. Tap Unblock next to the user’s name. unblock youtube user

From the dropdown menu, select Settings . Look for the tab that says Blocked users

You will see a list of everyone you have blocked. Find the person you want to unblock. tap Hidden users (or "Blocked users").
