Many S2000s have been retrofitted with SSD upgrades or third-party batteries. The manual’s sections on the original spinning HDD diagnostics (Seagate specific) and the older lead-acid battery management are outdated. It completely ignores modern SSD troubleshooting.

4/5 – Mandatory for the pro, useless for the amateur.

It includes the full IEC 60601-1 leakage current test protocols. For a device used in ORs and ICUs, the section on "Probe Connector Leakage" and "Chassis Ground Integrity" is clear, mandatory, and legally protective for the servicing entity.

While the diagrams are great, the Bill of Materials (BOM) section is a nightmare. A single board may have three different "Siemens Mat. Nos." depending on the firmware revision (V1.0, V2.0, or V3.5). You often need a secondary manual (the "Spare Parts Catalog") to actually order the correct FRU.
