Has anyone else seen this? Is this a creepypasta I forgot I started? A glitch in iOS/Android? Or did someone just try to assign me a sibling I never asked for?

I just got a notification I can't explain. @notificación.:name:hito no otouto

When I clicked on it, it opened a blank contact card. No number. No photo. Just a relationship field that said: Has anyone else seen this
