Chapter 1 – A Name in the Feed Lacy Lennon had never been one for scrolling aimlessly through endless feeds. She was a graphic designer by day, a budding illustrator by night, and an unapologetic collector of oddball internet curiosities. So when a cryptic phrase flickered across her Instagram notifications— “sislovesme” —she felt the familiar spark of intrigue that always preceded a new creative project.

Lacy accepted, feeling a deep satisfaction: a phrase she stumbled upon on a random feed had led to the resurrection of a piece of musical history that might otherwise have been lost forever. The project reminded her why she loved digging through the digital detritus of the internet—because behind every cryptic hashtag or garbled caption could lie a story waiting to be told. “sislovesme” started as a puzzling string of letters, but it became a bridge across time—connecting a teenaged duo from the early ’90s to a modern artist who lives in a world of pixels and prints. It proved that curiosity, when paired with creativity, can turn a forgotten whisper into a chorus that sings across generations. If you ever see a cryptic phrase floating in your feed, don’t scroll past it. You never know which lost tape, hidden sketch, or untold story is waiting for someone to press “play.” — Lacy Lennon lacy lennon sislovesme
