Gnamer -

Enter — a lightweight, intelligent bulk file renamer that does the heavy lifting for you.

In short: point it at a mess — it hands back a neatly organized library. Imagine you download or rip the entire series of Stranger Things : gnamer

Note: Always download from official sources. Avoid third-party “download managers.” Let me know in the comments below. And if Gnamer saved your sanity, share this post with a fellow digital hoarder. Enter — a lightweight, intelligent bulk file renamer

If you’ve never heard of it, you’re in for a treat. Gnamer (pronounced "namer" — the G is silent) is a free, open-source bulk file renaming utility designed primarily for media files like movies, TV shows, and music. Unlike generic renaming tools that just let you find/replace text, Gnamer connects to online databases (TMDB, TheTVDB, etc.) to automatically fetch the correct title, season, episode number, and even metadata.

The interface isn’t flashy, but it doesn’t need to be. It’s fast, accurate, and free. Head to the official GitHub page: 🔗 github.com/gnamer/gnamer (or search “gnamer releases”)
