ClickUp is actually one of the easier platforms to cancel. But before you pull the plug, there are a few things you should know—especially if you think you might come back later.

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Settings . clickup cancel subscription

You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. What Happens After You Cancel? | Feature | What changes | | :--- | :--- | | Billing | Stops immediately. You will see your current plan (Unlimited, Business, or Enterprise). Click the blue Manage Subscription button. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes

A final pop-up will ask, “Are you sure?” Click Confirm Cancellation .

ClickUp will ask why you are leaving. You can select an option or skip it.
